Garbage Collection
The City of Girard contracts with Republic Services to handle all residential garbage collection. To ensure timely and efficient service, please put out your garbage on Thursday evening, as garbage will be picked up on Friday. Make sure all trash is securely placed in approved garbage containers and positioned curbside by Thursday evening. This helps maintain cleanliness and ensures a smooth collection process.

No curbside service-must take recycling behind police department.
